Today is a holliday here in Denmark ;-) I came back from Sweden this morning, parked my truck at my boss's place and my girlfriend Anne picked me up in the old Peugeot, we bought some freshly baked bread from a bakery and enjoyed our breakfast at home.... this is perhaps a natural thing to most people, but for a truckdriver, it's a litle piece of luxury!

in Denmark we celebrate "prayers day" nice with an extra day added to the weekend, not that it has been a relaxing day. Anne Benjamin and I has cleaned up the entire house, we've got 210 sq. meters so there is enought to do for all of us! Started out at 6.30 this morning, came half an hour earlier than sceduled to the company where I should unload 32 ton of Finnish steelpipes... but 3 trucks where already there before me, and because I had 3 different kinds of pipes I had to unload in 3 diffent halls within this company. Only one problem has occurred, not with the truck itself, but with an extra piece of equipment, the GPS navigation system computer. After about 2 hours the computer shuts down and will not restart untill the power has been shut off for minimum one hour. At 4 pm I left the company Skan-Bo and headed for the ferry in Frederikshavn. The ferry left at 8pm and arrived in Gotheburg, Sweeden at 11.15 pm. I slept in the harbour until 4 am, in order to get my tachograph right.
